The next Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) election will take place on Thursday 2 May 2024.
The Returning Officer for Telford & Wrekin, David Sidaway, has been appointed as the Police Area Returning Officer for West Mercia.
The Police Area Returning Officer is responsible for the overall conduct of the election of a Police and Crime Commissioner, in the Police Area which, in this case, is West Mercia.
West Mercia Police Area is divided into five localities covering Herefordshire, North and South Worcestershire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin, which includes the following 9 local authorities:
- Bromsgrove
- Herefordshire
- Malvern Hills
- Redditch
- Shropshire
- Telford & Wrekin
- Worcester
- Wychavon
- Wyre Forest.
